New entries in local food guide


Four new entries today: Ty Siriol pork from Pontarddulais, The Lusty Hog hog-roast from Rhiwfawr, Swansea, Glasfryn Kitchen based in the village of Caio, and award-winning Lasswade Country House and Restaurant, Llanwrtyd Wells, which emphasises fresh local food.

Wales has a rising reputation for foods, and is becoming a magnet for gourmets. Our Facebook page illustrates the great variety of local foods — and drinks – produced within 30 miles or so of Llandeilo.
